🔍 How can I check the status of my order?
After an order is placed, it is prepared and sent as quickly as possible to the fulfillment center, where your item will be mailed.
🚚 Once the package is picked up, you can track it by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page "Track my package" .
⚠️ Please note that we are only responsible for the shipment of your package, not the delivery.
❓ How can I modify or cancel my order?
Once your order has been validated, you can no longer modify it yourself .
🔄 However, you can contact us to request a change or cancellation, and place a new order if necessary.
⏳ If the order has already been processed, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to modify or cancel it .
📦 My package is damaged, what should I do?
If your package is damaged, we understand the inconvenience. Here are the steps to follow to resolve the situation quickly:
- Keep the damaged package : It is essential to keep the package with the shipping label attached. This will serve as proof to confirm that it is the damaged package, as required by most carriers.
- Take photos : Take clear photos of the damaged product(s), as well as the exterior and interior packaging. Make sure the damage is clearly visible, including the shipping label.
- Contact Us : Once you have taken the photos and kept the package, contact us immediately by email at lecalife.pro@gmail.com . Please include your order number and a detailed description of the damage .
⏳ Processing times : Claims can take a few days to process. If you used Mondial Relay, the claim process can begin within 7 days , but the investigation may take a little longer. If the package is deemed damaged , the refund will be issued within approximately 2 weeks .

Delivery times vary depending on your destination:
